If you're using a Custom ROM, read the postal service right above yours.
If you lot're using Stock and accept never rooted, maybe it is not available in your country.

I saw few inexpensive prepaid SIM cards on Ebay... which seems to base on ATT...

For what information technology's worth. Just for ****s north grins after installing a new rom to my Note Edge, rooted with magisk, I blocked anything with the word 'Samsung' in it in magdisk and rebooted (just because). I sure didn't wait information technology to work but information technology did. At least so far. It immune me to register my card and seems to have worked. I have non been to a store notwithstanding to try it but the card is registered on my Gear 2 at present. Not certain if Samsung changed their policy since you posted or if they made changes to Samsung Pay that I was somehow able to get by using the Magisk Hide function.

i am looking forwards to your successful sspay transaction.

Will effort to hit MCD'due south (yuck) for a coffee or something later today. From reading it seems that magisk xiv.five, which is what I installed, may be ameliorate at hiding root. Volition post the result simply don't know why it wouldn't work since information technology allowed me to add my card to my telephone and gear.

Likewise good to be true... It worked from my Gear S but non from my phone itself. Uninstalled it from phone then tried to reinstall and second time information technology would non install... At least Gear is working. I may try reinstalling the rom when I go the time and replicating my steps to see if it installs back to phone simply so again it didn't work anyway.
